A soil of granitic sand makes for this very drinkable wine. It has aged in stainless steel tanks for around 5 months. It has an intense ruby red colour with a hint of purple. Intense aromas of red fruits, wild strawberries with, a hint of cherries. A fresh taste with balanced tannins and fruits.
MORGON – CLIMAT LE PY x2 Bottles
This small village produces great wines and this is a typical example. Fermetation is temperature controlled for 6 -8 days and then 5 months in stainless steel tanks. The soil of schists, manganese with oxidized iron traces does give the wine it unique taste. A flowery bouquet, with a hint of cherry and, a taste of blackberries and redcurrants. A truly elegant wine.
FLEURIE x1 Bottle
The granite soil has a great influence on this wine. Traditional fermentation between 10 – 12 days and aged in stainless steel tanks. Has a slight purple tint to the wine. A complex bouquet of summer black fruits. The taste of soft spice, licorice and honey blend to make the perfect wine.
BROUILLY x1 Bottle
A light granite soil helps produce a well-balanced wine. A positive purple colour only adds to its charm. Summer fruits are well established on the nose. The taste starts with a freshness and has evidence of tannins. The wine develops quickly into a well balanced wine with softer tannins which give the wine is inner strength.
