Produced in the hills above the town of Regua this light white wine is perfect for light meals or as an aperitif particularly in the warmer weather. It is a blend of five local grape varieties, all fermented in stainless steel tank and at a low temperature. This maintains the preservation of the fruit. It is 13% alcohol and so would accompany chicken and fish dishes with good flavours. It has balanced acidity with strong aromas and flavours.
